We take away the gamble and offer all our couples references from recent comparable events so that you don’t have to take our word for it.

Today's clients want their reception to
be unique, personalised and custom crafted
to their requirements. Wedding clients generally have very little
experience in planning a wedding, especially
from an entertainment perspective. We have
performed at hundreds of receptions and believe
we are qualified to offer much needed advice
and creative ideas.
Over the years we have built up partnerships
with many quality suppliers who all follow through our ethos of professionalism.
It's becoming more common for us to take the
lead at wedding receptions to ensure a party
that flows well. The person with the most entertainment
experience is the most logical choice to fulfil
this role. If you want help just ask. With our experience we can help you map out
your reception with timelines and suggestions
to help you craft it in to a unique and memorable
event.

with their wedding events management, we are
more than happy to interface with the wedding

- During wedding planning, Brides say their highest priority is their attire, followed by the reception site and caterer - reception entertainment is among the least of their priorities.

Do Weddings Cost More?
We can’t offer an explanation why
other companies charge more but here are
the reasons why our wedding package is more
expensive than a standard booking.
You never get
a second chance to get it right……
• We carry more reserve equipment for
weddings
• We carry give-away’s to occupy
the younger children during the early parts
of the evening
• There is more consultations with the
client or wedding coordinator to make sure
that the evening runs seamlessly
• Playlists require more work because
of personal requests
• Generally there is a site visit
• They are quite often longer than a
standard event as either background music is
required or PA is needed for speeches
• A higher standard of dress code is
required
• You quite often need to erect the equipment
earlier in the day as it would be impractical
or unprofessional to do it immediately prior
to the event
We only add additional
costs incurred to our standard package and
these costs are calculated on a pro rata
hourly basis. |
