The Kingscote Barn is situated in the heart of Binley Farm, a privately owned farm originally of The Kingscote Estate. The stone barn is part of a rectangular complex of Cotswold stone farm buildings dating from 17th century.

The restoration work began in 2006 on the main barn and the buildings adjoining either side, these now form the reception area, the main barn, at the far side, the kitchens. All these retain their original character with the interior stone walls and beams left exposed but with the addition of 21st century underfloor heating, an oak dance floor and large glass doors allowing plenty of natural light.

There is a walled courtyard at one side of The Barn which is very suitable for photographs and a large, south facing terrace and lawn on the other side looking out over the valley.

Adjacent fields can also be used by prior arrangement.

There is plenty of car parking and cars can be left overnight. Disabled access to all areas except the upstairs gallery in The Main Barn.
